Yes- I have been doing great getting in my 96 oz of water a day!

Glad you enjoyed the workout- I think switching up workouts and trying something new is great! Its awesome to challenge your body in new/different ways.

Hope you're having a good night and getting some relaxing in!

Tracy Anderson is the worst excuse for a uneducated lackwit that's ever been allowed to disgrace the title of personal trainer in public.

Her theories on human physiology in general and exercise physiology specifically is completely divorced from reality, leading to her spouting nonsense about how the human body works, how to train, and things you should not lift. Tracey Anderson is extremely good at self-promotion, but she's also the single best argument in favor of much stricter standards for allowing people to call themselves personal trainers in public. She's one of the poster children for what's wrong with the health and fitness industry as a whole today; ignoring physiology in favor of serving up her own theories utterly divorced from reality to sell you on her crap.

In short, Tracey Anderson has no business appearing in public and pretending she has a clue about fitness, training or diet.

Erica!! ;-) Awesome on the water!!
Rae Rae, I do feel better daily!
Oystein, I did think her verbiage in this video was pretty whacked, but I do like this totally different DVD for a 1x week thing...just as a different cardio mixer upper. Obviously I don't agree that women should never lift more than 3lbs that's absurd. But I won't lie, I thought it was a great change up for a cardio workout once in a while....
I'll have to quote some of what she said in the video though; major stretch.
;-)

Oh, it's fun to try something new every now and then - the more radical the change from your normal fare, the better response from your body under normal circumstances.

If you'd jumped to doing "The Firm", Tae-Bo or even Windsor Pilates I wouldn't have blinked. I's not doing something different that sets me off, it's Tracey Anderson ;)
